This Privacy Policy applies to Infinity Fleet Connect — shown on your device as Infinity Connect — ("the app"), available for Android and iOS. The app is a sign-in client for the Infinity Fleet shipboard Wi-Fi hotspot (a Coova/CoovaChilli captive portal): it replaces the browser captive-portal login page so you can authorize your device's internet session directly from the app. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app runs no backend servers of ours and does not collect your data. All account communication happens directly between your device and the ship's hotspot on the local network.
The app transmits no personal information to us, and we operate no backend servers. All hotspot communication happens directly between your device and the ship's Infinity Fleet hotspot on the local network. To sign you in, the app sends your hotspot username and password to the ship's hotspot authentication service over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection so it can authorize your internet session. While you are connected, the app reads session status from the hotspot — such as your data balance and usage, current session time, the IP and MAC address assigned to your device, and your past session history. This information comes from and belongs to the ship's hotspot; it is not collected by, or sent to, us.

You can remove your saved credentials by turning off "Save credentials securely", and you can remove all locally stored app data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
The app includes an offline Demo mode that fills the screens with sample data so you can explore the interface without signing in. Demo mode makes no network requests, uses no real account, and stores nothing.
Any actions you take in the app — signing in, refreshing your status, or disconnecting your session — are applied directly on the ship's Infinity Fleet hotspot for your own device. This data stays on the hotspot, which is operated by the vessel or network operator, and is not shared with us or anyone else.

The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services. There are no embedded SDKs that send your data elsewhere.
The app is a shipboard connectivity tool intended for crew and professional users. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Because no data is sent to us, we operate no central database of your information. Your credentials are stored using the secure storage provided by your operating system (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain), and the app communicates with the hotspot over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Please note that the ship's Wi-Fi is a shared local network administered by the vessel or network operator, and your internet traffic is subject to that network's own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, with an updated effective date at the top.
